Ok, basically for all RE fans, this is my Idea on how RE 6 would be great to be. So let me start right away:
2011, agents Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine from BSAA are sent in Rio de Janeiro to investigate an unconfirmed report of a strange virus in rise there. When they arrive they start talking to civilians they here about the virus. Then the agents are soon attacked by a band of 4 hosts. The agents discover in surprise that no matter what punishment the hosts' bodies have taken they are not knocked out. The Chris aims for the head and after the shot, the host grabs his head in pain when a tentacle with an eye bursts out from the back of the neck (where El Gigante had his Plaga). When the eye is hit once or twice the hosts are finally taken out. The same way they are all knocked out.

I prefer Leon too but i guess i like the partnership style and the fact that almost all the bosses need both players' simultaneous actions so...
Anyway:
...By moving around and fighting more "revealed" (hosts of the virus named. Like plaga infected nicknamed "ganados" the agents receive a distress signal from BSAA delta team. They arrive to where the signal came from and find none. Instantly hordes of revealed surround them. It was an ambush! All they can do is surrendering when the 3 BSAA members of Delta team arrive and help them fight off the revealed. As the revealed are hit and the tentacle eyes appear, the agents realize that when the eyes are out the host gradually heals. As he cannot see while grabbing his head the eye leads him out of the enemy fire to finish healing. When he heals the eye enters again in the body and he is again fighting. After all of them are defeated, a dialog in a cutscene:
Chris: Thanks for the help. I thought that you have touble more than us. Delta captain Josh Robinson: Why? Jill: Haven't you sent the distress signal? Delta captain: No. We were coming this way until from a hit of an RPG-7 we crashed down. We were about to send a distress signal now. Chris:... But how... Jill: We have bigger problems now guys!
(She points at the top of a container where a strange revealed looks at them.)
The revealed jumps down onto them and they have to confront him. However he is smarter, faster, stronger and he heals much faster than other revealed. Also, each time he is hit on the head, tentacles spawn from his back. SO:
Still advancing, and now with delta on their side, the agents reach a building to cover form the hordes of revealed. When they enter they find a man aiming them with a shotgun.
Stranger: Who are you? Chris: Put the gun down. We are not those crazy things running all over the streets. Stranger: WHO- ARE- YOU? Chris: We are the BSAA. We were sent to deal with the virus that has driven people mad in this area. Stranger: If you are who you say then you can prove it. Chris:... Stranger: Ok. Anyway you are 5 and i am 1 so there is no meaning to aim at you. Jill: Do you have any idea how do we stop those..."eople"? Stranger I don't know. I just move and survive. All i can do is ride you on and get you somewhere. Do you want it? Jill: Ride us on? Stranger: I have a Humvee in the garage. Shall we? Chris: Good. Take us to the Arhagast mining facility. We can search for evidence there.
Come on this is not a forum game. That's stupid. Anyway i continue...
On the humvee Chris fires and Jill is the co-driver also shooting sometimes with a small tmp. While moving the team learns the strangers name. Scott Richards. Former virologist. Knowing simple minor stuff for the virus and trying to survive. Finally the humvee manages to get away from the revealed and arrive to a small abandoned town. Night everything is dark. Scott suggests that the team goes to search the houses not only to discover if the infected are here but also to find clues about the virus. After 2-3 buildings have been searched they arrive to a cabin where there is blood everywhere and reports on the table about the virus. Scott grab the reports and before anybody can lay a hand on them he goes to a hidden elevator shaft under the stair. The team follows him down and confront two supreme revealed. They have different abilities.
1st: Claws instead of hands, scorpion tail used to stab and whip victims. Bullet in the head after that in the eye and he is dead.
2nd: Fly's wings and eyes. Able to cause gusts of wind and fly. One shot at the head, after that in the eye and he is dead.
Do not be fooled. They are dangerous opponents. The one can protect his head by covering it with its claws while the secong can fly quickly and evase hits or hide himself in a small whirl wind of dust. Both of them together are extremely deadly.
