I don't think either is quite that bad, unless it's illegal in that area. Though I do think jaywalking would be a bit more annoying since your driving and then theres a person who just walks into the middle of the street.
I was told to move along at my mall, I walked in a circle for a little bit then came back. The rent a cop was not a happy man.

doz, after reading your recent posts, i have concluded that you are purely posting for counts, as most of your posts have little or no meaning to the thread and server no purpose other then ur reputation, which in my opinion will go down as soon as people realise what you are doing.
As for the thread, id say jay walking is worse cause you could either die from being hit by a car or make a car swerve into other cars causing more deaths
