i always thought it would be cool if you could create and upgrade a city in fallout so i guess i'd make one
this'll be a bit different than fallout i'll use a lot of elements from it but there will be some extra's
three main species
Humans: experienced in living in good conditions and powder weapons are really balanced
Super mutants: these are slightly smarter and much friendlier than your old ones and settled down less technological but make sturdy buildings and are great with melee weapons
Ghouls: least sanitary of all the races but have been out longer than humans or mutants so they can make advanced technology faster and are good with energy weapons
also the year is 2550
four main factions
NWR: New world rangers when the NCR got bigger they started breaking off to other states and are now nation wide and control various areas they are like a jack of all trade ok with everything good with powder weapons and light armor
CLA: Caesars Legion Expanded not only did the NCR expand but so did the legion and also control various parts of the nation they are good with melee weapons and with medium armor
ROA: Raiders of America when the raiders expanded they started settling down to raid more local areas like a well organized gang they spread without usual law since it's still very apocalyptic they ruled less civilized areas with smaller factions controlling things they are great with small weapons and light armor
BOS: The brotherhood of steel yes they had been spread since the days of the lone wanderer hero of the wastes but they are losing power over other factions but still remain the stronger but kept down by the threat of all the other 3 factions they are good with energy weapons and heavy armor

they complete a whole network of trenches iwth small bunkers,nests, barracks and everything by the end of the day and set up anti sniper shields (at an angle to prevent peeps from towers to shoot down on them)
