Topic says it all. Do you collect anything? strange or popular, large collection or small collection, or just started to collect
I used to collect NASA Space Patches, then I got them all so now i have them out on display ... I have recently gotten into collecting Fedoras, 5 total so far. Fedoras just look good on anyone and that is the truth. I also collect Pokemon cards, as nerdy as that may sound i've just been collecting since i was a child. As well, I collect the pokemon games (for handheld device) I think that's all of my collections...
I actually collect racing memorabilia, particularly that of the Indy 500 and related events. The collection various from programs top die cast cars to pins and more.
I collect music on my MP3, I only have 189 song right now, but I'm aiming for 2000 in a year or two.
I also collect random metal and plastic things I find on the ground and other places that can be useful later, I've even built a sculpture made of the things I collected. Unfortunately it broke.
And not to forget about coins, I have allot of them...
2009 Swedish "special edition" crowns, Turkish lira, English pounds, Kenyan shilling, Norwegian and Danish crowns and Euros from different countries. I also have some cents laying around.
Coins. That's about it. I'm not much of a collector. Oh, and I have a ridiculous amount of books, and a lot of t-shirts. Last count my wife did I had almost 100 t-shirts.
He has his whole room filled with books, I think they can get over a 1000+ if I count them. And a couple of years ago he sold books for like 5-50 SEK and he got 10,000 SEK. That's many books. And in his lifetime I think he has read over 2,000 (I'm not kidding) books in 5-6 different languages (these statistics aren't that...they are not fact, but it's...close).
He also collects stamps, I don't get why. I think that I could fill at least two bathtubs with all the stamps he has, and they are all organized from what country they come from and in alphabetic order.
