not once have i yet to experience server-related lag on PSN, and the lag i did experience was based on my relatively poor internet connection....

and ok there is a lil bit of lag maybe once a day or so, but 3 seconds less of gameplay vs. 5 dollars a month... yeah, i'll take the mini-lag.

PlayStation network is garbage i had PSN. I have decided to get XBL, PSN is full of people that glitch, hack, and pretty much suck. The majority of PSN players get PSN cause of COD. On XBL if your playing Reach and you glitch you get banned, you hack you get banned. I think XBL is concerned with this while PSN doesn't really care they are more concerned with getting people to play on PSN which is why its free cuz they don't want to get beat by Microsoft(even though they already are). XBL is 16¢ a day and that 16¢ goes to server updates buying the rights to add-ons and other things that greatly increases the player's happiness with XBL, and XBL is more user-friendly. Also the add-ons are much cheaper, ex. the add-ons for GTA4 on XBL are $15 for both on one disk, while even though the add-ons for GTA4 on PSN are download-able they are $15 a piece which if you can't add it is $30 for both, and you could have used that $30 to either buy a game, or save up another $30 to buy another year of XBL. That's what i think about the PSN and XBL debate.

PSN is free but xbox live is better because some stuff you get early

you get some stuff early but it's expensive.
