I am fully aware of that Walker. Though when we talk about games, the ones we can play are the only that matter.

I've also known about the discrepancy between the database and actual games on-site for a while. The game pages' URLs told me so.

So how do we access the other games? If there are supposed to be ~3500 active games, how can we find them? Or do we reject that and say that there really are only 1830?

Since a few months I have stopped rating and commenting games, because I don't want to become a golden king.

I vote on almost all the games I play. I use the rating to remember if I've played the game b4 incase I forget if it is was good or not.

Since so many people actually rate the games it is difficult to actually see the meter go up on your one vote. If it was a new game it is very easy to see the meter actually advance when you rate it, but if it is older more people have probably have already voted on it so it is harder to see the meter actually move.

I rate the games and usually leave a comment. It doesn't take much to click the rating.

I used to rate games. But I stopped. And I also slowed down on comments. Because I prefer the forums more than anything else.

If you vote early on, you can see the meter move. Its cool

Actually, according to Cormyn, there are roughly 3500 active games on AG. Not sure though if some may be on cache.armorgames and thus not on the usual lists. I personally only find 1830 by viewing all games. Wonder where the rest are...

I think he said that he checked the amount of games again and said there was roughly around 1800 games. I have no idea how he came up with 3500.

I used to not rate the games. Of course I didn't have an account back then. After I got my account I would play for fun, but then I started enjoying rating and commenting. So, maybe you will start to rate them too.

Whenever I play a game I rate it, not so much for the rating to change but more for me to see what I thought of it.

I always rate games. It doesn't take very long, and it gives you points.
