I speak English and Chinese. English I know fairly well and my vocabulary is increasing one word per day now. I go to Chinese school and learn 10 words every week so I think I can speak semi-fluent Chinese so that people can understand me, I can listen to it with no problem though.

And you spelled bilingual correctly.

Well, I am fluent in English and Spanish. I can understand some Italian and some German. I can also understand a bit in Euskara (father's side of the family speaks it).

I speak Swedish and English. I studied Spanish a while too, but I didn't learn much. I know how to introduce myself, and some other basic junk, but that's about it.

how many people speak more then one language

Most people who don't speak English as their main language learn it as their secondary language, so there should be a lot of bilingual users here.
