you'll start off small but you can grow big and rich
there are a few classes i'll let you have
Freelance: you can go anywhere you like but nobody will trust you much
State owned: you are hired by some country but you can't go to any current enemy countries although people will trust you more and pay higher
Black market: you can occasionally have contraband items that sell for extremly high prices...but don't get caught!
or you can just make your own class...
you can hire guards for some money or just defend it yourself and everything is bought by the pound!

You ought to know better. In terms of realism, you lack the speed and knowledge to hit the horse on the right place with a blade to actually stop it, and even kill it. Why do you think cavalry was usefull against infantry? Only spearmen and long range can actually stop a charging cavalry unit. -_-

*facepalm* no you even stab the horse the horse is down and it isn't cheap to pay and help the horse recover especially since it's the olden days one wound and it could be infected or just not be treated properly and even if it does make through you lose money and 10 grain isn't gonna repay all that back
