You slid and stabbed it. Good thing it had slow reflexes, and you were able to do it. It wasn't dead, but, it didn't seem affected either. There is a hallway here, The way to the right is infested with those "things" and the other way was dark, and you can't see what's there.
You went to the dark hallway hoping It was safe. You heard strange noises but you continued on. Your only illumination was the short rotation of the red siren. At the end of the hallway you turned right, there it reads: scientific room do not enter.

You waited for at port 74 for another 5 hours before it lifted off. Before lifting off, standard procedures blah blah blah happened.
After some space travel, you were now in mars.
Port 74 landed like a shuttle, going in to a hole in the Martian Base. Then, you were asked to get out of the shuttle, and there you have stepped upon the MARQ base. It was very technologically advanced, everything built by metal. You were all inspected for firearms and deadly weapons.
Fortunately nothing was seen suspicious about you and you were let in. The tour was excellent, you saw scientific observations of mars, scientists in action, and of course, MARS!!!
Then, after some sightseeing, a red alarm flashed, and a siren went off. YOu asked what was happening, and the tour guide told you everything was okay, no need to panic. YOu were all instructed to go to your respective rooms. Your room is no. 46
