The game is possibly the best business sim flash game I have seen, to quote another person commenting on it. Better than Oiligarchy or whatever it was called.
I have around 220 employees and am on Goal 30 right now but I am thinking about rebuilding my business.
It's probably one of the best games I've seen from John.
It is an awesome game, one of my favorites and John's best. I like the diversity and the many different strategies. I have also found a few glitches, when I click on a menu button it performs that action and also selects whatever character or office is in the background, sometimes an employee will get stuck and not move at all. It also starts lagging a lot when you get to about 100 employees.
does anyone know if there is a save feature in the game?
The game is automatically saved at the end of each game day. So when you exit to menu it should be saved. When you click continue it should start with the last saved game (so if you started a new game it would overwrite the old one.
also, is there a way to lower the quality setting so the game will run smoothly on my netbook?
In the lower left hand corner there is a "Menu" button (this is in game). Click this and right at the bottom there is a "Graphics Quality" area with the options "low", "medium" and "high".
Anyone who had problems with bugs, I have posted a few that I have encountered on John's profile. I would encourage others to do the same if they discover any new ones.
does anyone know if there is a save feature in the game?
i know that there is a continue button on the main menu, but when i select the "continue" option my building and workers are gone.
can anyone help?
also, is there a way to lower the quality setting so the game will run smoothly on my netbook?
Yes, you gotta login with your Armorgames account on the right on the Game screen, then it will save your progress. Otherwise I don't know about Quality, the game lags even on my new PC on low quality.

The game is so great, I reached 190 Employes. Like 160 of them are Workers, others are ITs, Janitors, Supervisior, Accountants, HRs. I reached 100% Happiness and I submited My Tower, it's called "100% Happiness Part 2". It's a very nice game, I like a sequel where you can choose what is your company for, so it will have factories in it etc.
I really like games like this. The guy that made this game is a really good game developer. Despite having bugs and glitches, the game was pretty fun. Another one should be made. In the second one, you could start out with a dinky little office, and you eventually become powerful and have the ability to take over countries until you eventually buy the whole universe.
I think they should add something to make it more difficult. As it is now, you just build, that's it. Some random events or something would make it more interesting. Maybe with some options too. Like, maybe, a small business has started, which is undercutting your prices. You get the choice to a) buy them out, b) research a way to lower your production costs, c) send thugs to burn down their HQ (high-risk) or d) ignore.
As it is right now, there's really no way that you can fail, unless you actively try to do so.
Bugs and bugs and bugs. Its no fun to play on later stages mainly because of stuck employees. Also the game is HUGE on Cpu demand. (im playing in linux..) Performence tuning is my biggest wish.
So it COULD be a great game. its not...because it feels like an Beta.
