Seriously though, why have the Republicans turned to an extremist idiot an her followers when they have many brilliant minds who hold ideas that could actually help America. Again, Mitt Romney may get my vote in 2012 and I know there are others like him; more economically concerned Republicans with a tad more centrist view on social issues.

I agree there are a number of intelligent republicans. Yet they keep handing things over to the idiots of the group. All this does is make the party look bad as a whole.
Did y'all here? She said she could beat Obama in 2012. This is how I think of this. If the election was held today, a stick would beat Obama. If she ran in 2012 for president, even though there are many more Republican candidates that are better, she would lose. Mitt Romney should have ran in 2008, i think he would of done better in the votes than McCain did.
