The game won't load the tentacles in Captain, Act II, making it impossible to win
I have the same issue, but its best to contact the person who made the game. posting this on the forums probably won't get the issue fixed.
I'm going to lock this one as it doesn't belong in S&S, and there is also already a thread about this in the Flash Games section. I suggest everyone discuss the glitches here and then report them to the game developer.
