I have a PDF of the Player's Handbook, which I will e-mail to you if you don't have a copy, you don't need to memorize it or anything, but it would help to have it handy for this game.If you want to play another race,then No level adjustments above +1.If you give me a good reason to play a race that's not +1 level adjustment I might let you. If you want a different class, just ask(I know all classes for 3.5).
Rules not Used: -There is no Armor Class Penalty. -There is no Encumberence, but please be realistic(no portable rams). -There will not be any Racial Bonuses to anything other than starting attributes. -To Simplify the Arcane Check Penalty, Wizards cannot wear armor period. -all Spells are allowed, but I will only list Evocation spells for Wizards and Healing Spells for Clerics in this forum as they are the most martial spells.

You can't be evil in this party. Hyperion(the paladin) is duty-bound to kill everything that's evil. You would die. If you're going to be particularly warlike, I would recommend as a deity the Red Knight or Tempus. If you're going to focus on law, I would recommend Amanautor. If you're going to focus on good, then maybe Bahamut or Tyr. And if you focus on death, then Kelemvor.
they are in the PH so they are allowed in Forgotten realms
Says who, where, exactly? It's easier to stick with one realm. Either we're Greyhawk or we're FR, it will be way too confusing if we start mixing and matching.
Well, DH isn't really here right now, so we've only got your word on that. And it would be a lot easier if we just stuck with one setting. As I said, it's stupid to mix and match stuff from different settings, unless you'd rather be in Palanthas instead of Waterdeep. It gets way too confusing.
According to WotC, any core material (deities and such, core races and classes, etc) may be used, regardless of the setting, at the DM's discretion. I guess right now, it's just up to you guys.
