I was wondering if anybody posseses the great talent of playing piano. If you do play then please tell me what songs you can play.I can play In the End by Linkin Park,When the Saints Go Marching In and take me out to the ballgame.
i can play many songs. i studied piano for something like 11 years and i keep playing even though i finished studying. if its a song with chords i can play it without any difficulties but if its another melody with left hand itl take me a few days to practice until i can play it perfectly. last thing i learned to play is "aeris theme" from final fantasy 7.
Wow!!!! If you can play that song you are a really good pianist.
I just started playing the piano this past summer...i'm self (ish) taught ...-ish because I've been using a program called Synthesia, that shows you how to play any song (as long as you have the .midi file of that song) I may not be able to 100% read the notes and match the keys but using Synthesia I can play: Fur Elise How to save a Life - The Fray March on Android Moon Oh Danny Boy Moonlight Sonata The opening to Welcome to the Black Parade - My Chemical Romance Mario Overworld Theme and part of the Four Hands Piano Duet from the movie Secret
I've played piano for what? 5 years already I think. I can sight read pretty well, too.
I know a load of songs, but I'll list a few I remember.
-Cristofori's Dream by David Lanz -Corazón de Niño by Raúl diBlasio -Piano by Bebu Silvetti -Several classical stuff. I can't remember names atm :<
And some more widely known stuff: -Several Beatles stuff. -Imagine by John Lennon. -A few coldplay songs :P. Namely The Scientist and Clocks, along with a few others. -Nothing Else Matters by Metallica/Scott Davies. The guy made a piano cover for the song that sounds pretty awesome. -Through Her Eyes by Dream Theater. -Starlight by Muse
Piano is the one thing I can brag about. ^^ I've been playing since I was 4, so it's a major part of my life, as well as a source of cash. I would provide links, but I'm too lazy so here's a small list of songs I played that were a ton of fun. I particularily like Chopin and any Romantic era composer.
Fantaisie Impromptu by Chopin Chopin Nocturnes Revolutionary Etude Rhapsody no. 2 by Brahms Moonlight Sonata mvmts 1 and 3 by Beethoven
Gershwin is fun too, so check that as well. I'm not one for modern music, but I have played a few songs from Phantom of the Opera and Cats.
I can play the Godfather Waltz, Star Wars Main Theme, Sakura. Also all the little ones: twinkle twinkle little star; mary had a little lamb; yankee doodle. I don't play often and I've never had any training.
