What are some of your worst injuries and how did they occur? If you want you can say when it happened and why it happened, but you don't have to. What was your worst?
Firs time: I was in a soccer game as a defender. An offender and I were fighting for the ball. We both kicked it at the same time. Now, normally when that happens, one player falls. I was the player to fall; however, my cleats stayed stuck to the ground, so my foot remained upright while the rest of me fell. Got a third degree sprain. At the time, the stupid ER doctor told me I just had to stay off of it two weeks. So I did that and continued my season. I've had ankle problems ever since. For those of you that don't know. A bad sprain is much worse than a break. Breaks heal. Stretched ligaments don't.
Second time: Well, now that ankle is weak, and I've blown it out a couple of times; but the second worst time was, again, while playing soccer. This time, while we were camping, my youth group decided to play a game in a field. I was like, no way, not with all these holes. We played anyways. I found a hole. I warned everybody about that hole. The ball came my way. Sigh, anytime a ball comes my way, something inside me snaps, and I have to go get it. Yeah, I went after it, stepped into the hole, fell, and heard a hole lot of popping. Stupid, stupid, stupid me.
