Well, here I am once more making a game. My last game flopped simply because I couldn't manage the sheer number of people who signed up, so this time I have a limit. The first five who fill out the character sheet below will be eligible to play. Should someone drop out of play then a new spot will open up.
The Story
You're a soldier in the Imperial Army and the Emperor has declared war on the neighbouring kingdom to the south. As you march on the enemy they fall with ease. Soon the Imperial Army decimates the enemy forcing them to hold up in a fortress of key importance to the campaign. It is now the army's job to take this fortress along with any obstacle the enemy so cowardly hides behind.
Classes
Assassin: You're cunning, quick and silent. Under the cover of night you can sneak into enemy strongholds and wreak havoc. Be careful though if caught in close combat you don't stand a chance.
Marine: You're the grunt soldier of the army. You throw yourself at the enemy in close combat with melee weapons, or take them down from afar with a crossbow or a longbow, you're versatile and well rounded.
Wizard: What would war be without wizards? You're a one man wrecking crew when you dishing out spells from your tomes. Just don't get caught out in the open or you're done. Wizards have access to: Dark, Light, Fire, Wind, Lightning, Ice and Healing tomes.
Sapper: You're a maniac. Somehow, somewhere at sometime, someone developed explosives and you love them. It takes a certain type of crazy to be a sapper. They can build siege engines, siege tunnels, ladders, and even craft more explosives given the right materials. Just be careful with those explosives you can hurt yourself and your own men as well.
Sword Master: You're an elite infantry and able to wield two swords at once. While you may be hard to kill up close and personal you're going to be in trouble when the enemy archers start raining hell down on you.
Equipment
Assassin: 2x Iron daggers
Marine: Iron longsword OR crossbow OR wooden longbow
Wizard: Pick a tome from the list above
Sapper: Iron shortsword and 2x basic hand grenades
Sword Master: 2x iron longswords
**NOTE: You're in enemy territory! Shipments of better equipment will be occasional and the further you go the rarer they become. The way to gain new equipment is to loot enemy houses, bodies, citidels, ect. please note I will determine what you find, if you find anything.
Rules
I control all outcomes in this game. As the game progresses the enemy becomes more and more desperate and their strongholds become hard to take. Please note you cannot be unrealistic in this game. Should this happen I'll simply kill your character off, no second chances. Being unrealistic means saying something along the lines of "I kill all enemies and then take the city by myself." Realistic is: "I engage the enemy aiming for their..." Oh you can die, so please don't be overly reckless. Once you're dead there's no coming back.
Promotions
Depending on your actions in the game, and depending on how those actions affect others, whether they be players or not you can become promoted (at my discretion DO NOT ASK)or demoted (don't complain).

Seeing as you're not an officer no one will follow your orders. However, as the marine approaches he gives out an Ice Tome to you for combat seeing as the walls must be taken as fast as possible. Now the only thing left to do is to await the signal to attack. How do you waste your time? (And no you cannot bring back the dead)
Name: Royce the Valient Sex:M Age:25 Class:Sapper Euipment:1 iron sort sword, 2 grenades, log Health:100
Well you've felled a tree. You have a few options on how to use it. It seems many sappers are building more ladders, however no one seems to have fashioned a battering ram, or even the beginnings of a catapult. What do you use the log for?
You escort the sappers to a small forest where you see they are gathering materials for siege weapons. There isn't much else to do except wait for the signal to attack. How do you waste time?
You manage to help cut down a few logs until your company's sergent tracks you down and berates you for leaving the camp. You head back to camp with the sergent. The attack will begin at dawn, now what?
Once the attack begins, I use my tome of ice to freeze the boiling oil(if they have any), otherwise I just start freezing the tops of the walls(including the archers).
