I have never even played/heard of most of these games.... I guess I can't agree, but I will take your word for it. Always wanted to play a game like Two Worlds, but I hear that it's bad. Maybe the second one will be okay?
1. Two Worlds 2. Infernal 3. Jumper: Griffin's Story 4. Hour of Victory 5. Sonic the Hedgehog 6. Vampire Rain 7. Mafia 2 (The ending killed it for me) 8. NASCAR 08 9. Tomb Raider: Underworld 10. Alpha Protocol (By the way, Its not getting a sequel. WTF, they could've fixed the problems and made it amazing)

My list wasn't a ranking, but if you want I'll rank them, in my own opinions.
1. Vampire Rain (it was unplayable)
2. Two Worlds (They spoke as fools, and twas boring)
3. Jumper: Griffins Story (It was more stupid than the movie)
4. Infernal: Hells Vengeance (It only made it this far because it was a good-ish concept)
5. Hour of Victory (Made it this far because of the fun I had playing it, but the re spawning enemies that spawn after you've cleared an area...If you've played it you understand)
6.Sonic the Hedgehog (Not actually so bad)
7. Mafia II (It was fun, but no room for free roam; the ending was atrocious. Although I heard a DLC followed it up and explained what happened)
8. Nascar 08 (See what I did there. It's a racing game, not really much to say, although it was annoying)
9. Tomb Raider: Underworld (They killed it with bad combat. Even on easy with the enemy health set on low the enemies were retarded strong)
10. Alpha Protocol (What! It was actually okay in my opinion)
