When it comes to foreign affairs, should the people also have a say? Are there any exceptions? If so, should any choices made by the government at least be made transparent?
Honestly unless they are knowledgeable in dealing with foreign nations no. The choices that are made should be revealed unless in doing so it brings harm to the country.

1) As any good head of an organization or government knows the actions of those under them, but still holding positions of power, will reflect on them. It doesn't matter who commited the crimes but which organization, why, and how it was dealt with.

No point correcting yourself it's a fact the that the church is corrupt. Just follow it though history.
Personally I just want him to release everything he has. If we are on this road of absolute transparency we might and well follow it thought to it's logical conclusion and expose everything that the people should know about how the country works.
Also the charges are most likely fake. Hackers getting laid? Common we know that never happens :P. No, he said he has more. His lawyer said what he does have is basically thermonuclear and he proclaimed he would release it if he was arrested. But I haven't been following it since so I don't know more.

I think you dont understand the situation and I doubt terrorists need to be told where USA thinks they will bomb.
