For me, its a tough choice no doubt!But Ill go for Free Rider 3. Ill explain with scenarios ok (sorry if I mispelled that word haha)

YAY! lets get to work on a new track! ok lets see... ramp here... boost here... a gravity right there... *three hours later* WOW! I made an epic track! look at all those sweet jumps and boosts! lets save it... ok what now.. Ill make another track!!! Whipeeeee!!!!!
See what I mean? Free Rider I can do over and over but I can only do Fancy Pants one time (unless you mean do the same levels over and over)
I agree that Fancy Pants 3 would be cooler than a new free rider. All they'd really have to add to Free Rider is new vehicles. I never really make my own tracks, just play others. If you Google Free Rider tracks, there are some really cool, really elaborate tracks, which are fun if you can finish them.
But Fancy Pants is like the Mario of flash games. His games are so much fun!
I love the fancy pants games, it brings me back to a simpler time where all you had to do was run really fast... Fancy Pants 3 would make me really happy.
i think freerider 3 would be no big diference with FR 2, so better make a fancy pants 3, for more levels and achievements... in my opinion btw, i think both games rock
