I do see efan a lot and also Freakenstein and cormyn.. but I'm pretty active too.
oh and just because you have a lot of post doesn't mean your active for example FireTail_Madness has a ridiculous number of post and i don't see him anywhere and a whole bunch of other ppl are inactive but I'm kinda lazy and don't feel like typing that much XD
I always see frank, knight, matrix, efan and walker wherever I go(Not in specific order). Usually there is at least one of their posts in any of the newer threads I have visited.

Efan gains post fast, but I wouldn't say he would be most active since I don't see him much anymore.
