Memetia is in chaos. The Collective is trying to conquer the world, but for once is finding a hampering problem. Normally, the races work together to drive out the collective, but in an alternate reality, each race regained as much power as the Collective, and decided that Memetia was theirs. Now, to convince everyone else they're wrong...

In this game, you can be an officer to a ruler, or a ruler trying to conquer Memetia.

Memetia Rulers:

EMPEROR-1, High Intelligence of Youtubia
Officers: None
Economy: Medium
Military: Strong
Diplomacy: Weak

Jack Mikhial, President of Cheezburgia
Officers: none
Economy: Strong
Military: Weak
Diplomacy: Medium

Mzzylkk, Champione of Trollix
Officers: nome
Economy: Very Weak
Military: Strong
Dipolmacy: Strong

Big Carl, Emperor of Chania
Officers: None
Economy: Weak
Military: Very Strong
Diplomacy: Weak

Sinbath, Enforcer Prime of The Collective
Officers: None
Economy: Very Strong
Military: Strong
Diplomacy: Nonexistent

Ruler Sheet:
[Name], [Title] of [Nation]
Location:
Officers: None
Economy:
Military:
Diplomacy:

Economy, Military and Diplomacy stats all have to add to 9. The numbers are determined by values from Nonexistent(0) to Super String (6). Values are Nonexistent, Very Weak, Weak, Medium, Strong, Very Strong and Super Strong in order.

Officer Sheet:
[Name], Officer of [Ruler]
Combat:
Leadership:
Diplomacy:
Army size: Determined by ruler

Again, values are still the same. Combat affects how strong the character is, Leadership affects how strong his army is, and Diplomacy affects how well he can bring battles to a quicker, less bloody end.

Actually, you just mixed the Officer and Ruler sheets. Also, those first few are rulers you can follow. Well, I should just make example sheets default...

EXAMPLE SHEETS:

(Warning: Discworld references inbound!}
Ruler:
Vetinari, Tryant of Ankh-Morpork
Location: Youtubia
Officers: None
Economy: Strong
Military: Very Weak
Diplomacy: Strong

Officer:
Samuel Vimes, Duke of Ankh-Morpork ("Ruler" can be Nation or Ruler)
Combat: Medium
Leadership: Medium
Diplomacy: Medium
Army size: 100

Officers can participate in battles, helping to win the battle since you can use tactics to adjust the outcome as opposed to dice rolling to affect the outcome. They also can work to improve their own armies.

Rulers are the ones who manage the kingdom, decide the battles and make deals with other rulers. They can work to improve the kingdom as a whole and expand territory by sending Officers into battle.

Phil V.32, General of EMPEROR-1/Youtubia (The one you pick is actually does affect things)
Combat: Strong
Leadership: Medium
Diplomacy: Weak
Army size: Determined by ruler

Well, if you wanted more of an emphasis on your own ability to fight, and could deal with less peaceful resolutions, you could use the above, for example.

Strong=4
Medium=3
Weak=2
4+3+2=9
