I have recently began reading his book The Stories of Ray Bradbury and I am fascinated by it. It contains 100 of his amazing short stories. This thread is basically for people to discuss Ray Bradbury's many stories. (Share any stories by Ray Bradbury please, not jsut the ones from my err my teacher's book)

One of my favorites so far is The Last Night of the World. Another one is Kaleidoscope. I guess I just like the ones with no real setting. The ones where you know that the ending is going to be death, or something close to it.
The Scythe is an example of one of the countless stories that I like made by Bradbury but don't give me the same feeling as The Last Night of the World.

I guess I should stop ranting, and see what you guys have to say about Ray Bradbury's stories.

Took me a while to realize who the name was, but now I remember.

I read "Farenheit 451". Took me a while and I found it pretty tiring, but I enjoyed it nevertheless.

Ray Bradbury? Eh, he's kind of hit and miss with me. Some of his stories I love, others bore me.
If I had to choose my favorite stories by Bradbury, I think that I'd choose The Black Ferris(a short story which was later adapted into a novel, Something Wicked This Way Comes)would be at the top, and in a close second place comes Fever Dream.
As for the ones I don't like? It was a huge hit with other people and probably his most famous work, but Fahrenheit 451 actually kind of bored me. But Bradbury did manage to elicit sympathy from me for Clarisse(or maybe it was Claire), so that's something. But yeah...it just bored me. This may or may not have had something to do with the fact that I [attempted] to read it in the fourth grade. I dropped it about halfway or three quarters through reading it. I might try reading it again sometime, but at the moment, I'm busy sticking my nose in Something Wicked This Way Comes.
If you like Ray Bradbury, I would recommend to you H.P. Lovecraft and Bram Stoker.
