Predicting, what crazy madness would you think would happen if all religion was proven wrong in a way that could not be denied, excused, it would now just now be determined false.

Religion will find a way to disprove it. As long as we have been alive, we have believed in a higher power. There is a lot of power behind religion, and no matter how truthful this evidence is, it will either never see the light of day or will have so much opposition it will be seen as moot.

I have a better question; what if we made so many religious threads that AG froze permanently? We're on the way to finding out! Hah sorry, however Ace is right, at this point there would be plenty of zealots/bigots/hypocrites who would keep religion alive if it were refuted.

Seeing as that would be proving a negative I don't see how it would be possible. I think there already is plenty of evidence indicating that if a God does exist such an entity was unnecessary, so I find it unlikely that one does. If even more and stronger evidence of the sort were to be brought in, I think it would be treated the same way the current evidence has been treated. It will be ignored, quote mined, and those preaching will come up with bold faced lies as a means to refute it.

Malkoir, perhaps you meant what if God and the supernatural beliefs that followed, were proved wrong? Because &quotroving religion is wrong," is sort of an inconsistent phrase.

Also, like Cinna said, we have a gah-zillion topics on notions just like this. Please continue this type of discussion there.
