When you flag a comment does it end up being automatically deleted or is sent to be reviewed by a mod/admin first and then the mod/admin deletes it (if necessary to delete it). Also does it slow things down if a user flags a comment, refreshes the page and then flags the same comment again, or it won't matter, once it's flagged it maintains the flagged status? (If a user happens to forget what comment they have flagged.)
It gets reviewed, and we can reset the flag count if we think the comment is okay, or we can delete the message. Users can only flag things once, even if the site acts like they can do it multiple times.
