I know this book is becoming older, but if any of you read it, do you think that what the book states may have relevence. If so, the Catholic Church is purely based on lies and everything most moder day Christians believe is false.
I think this would be better based in popular media. Also bringing up another point, there are at least 2 threads made similar to this every day. Personally any act of "heresy" would quickly be debunked by the Church powers.

There is a lot that is false in the Catholic church since it also based on what the pope has to say along with the Bible. I guess you could say it's much more of a political religion then other forms of Christianity. Also the Bible as it is today is different then it was in the past with things added, removed, and misinterpreted over the years. Of course I find religion in general to likely be false.
