The only touch screen tablet I've ever used is the Ipad, but I was not surprised to see that flash games don't run, because Apple doesn't love adobe things, but I was wondering if with some of those new tablets that use windows 7 or Android or anything but Apple products you can download flash player and play AG games.
So have anyone here ever tried?

I haven't tried it, but I wonder if it would even work. The tablets use touch screens right? So a lot of games might be tough to play or not work. Although some tablets have full keyboards (the screen rotates of the keyboard hiding it and making the machine look like a tablet instead of a laptop.) I'm sure those would be just like playing the games on a laptop.

Yes but there are also games that you can play with just the mouse and I think for all the games that uses just the arrow keys it shouldn't be difficult adding a moving pad.

I can play the majority of the games on the site with my droid incredible so I'm fairly (99%) sure that high end Android tablets could run the vast majority of games on the site as well as most other flash applications. Unfortunatly as of now only one such tablet exists, the Galaxy S Tab. Fortunately another competitor will be releasing soon although the date isn't certain which is the Notion Ink Adam. The problem is that Android 2.2, the current version running on phones, isn't quite tablet ready and the version that just released yesterday but isn't on phones, 2.3, isn't ready either. So, basically you need to wait for th release of Android 3.0 to get the full tablet experience from Android Market apps.

Mmm quite awesome... Maybe AG3 should have a section of games that you can play without the keyboard and so also on tablets. Or maybe we can wait for AG4 lol computers won't die so early.

More like they don't like the idea of free flash games that are better than their paid app games destroying their mountain of money from becoming bigger. Apple really doesn't like anything else but money.

It's unlikely to happen anytime soon since keyboards and mouse make much better inputs then a touch screen.

Also computers will never die.

Why not try games that make more sense to play on a table? There are plenty of those.

They already do, when you get on AG with a mobile device it brings up a section of games that are optimized for mobile devices. Still, with a device that plays flash more games become available.

Depends what you're doing really. For foruming, for example, I'm content with my desktop but I've found it much better and more natural feeling to read or simply surf the web on a touch screen.

As soon as a viable alternative to the iPod is made (Android MP3 please?) Apple will go down.

Oh really? With my iPod touch it just show me a few AG games that has been launched on the AppStore.

I totally agree, but don't remember that thanks to the dumb apple fanatics that waste tooons of money with paid apps also AG has made money.

Perhaps it's only enabled on Android then, it's been disappointing to see games go to the iPhone and not to the Android market. I understand there's a difference between the coding but still, the chance to be popular very early on is still available for Android.

Mah sincerely I don't think downloading games will last long. I think soon all the games will be on the Internet, and google it's the most advanced society in this sector: see Chrome OS, google docs but even ol' gmail. I don't put a link cause I think you can remember a thread you started yesterday .
