Tip one: sinse the high scores do not appear to show the difficulty level you completed the game at, start at easy.
Tip two: seeing that you can get a lot of money by completing tasks, complete your tasks at the same rate they come along. I know that this is much slower than the average person at first, but trust me, it will help keep your money from running out too early in the game.
tip three: always build for the future, always build in patterns that you can remember and repeat. I usually build 5 offices high, and then resteraunts, then gyms. for wide, 2 offices 1 bathroom 2 offices 1 bathroom, pattern, 'till i get to the end, then it's 1 office 1 bathroom because i don't have enough room for the second office. I build my transportation in the bathrooms (weird but works wonders, keeps the noise away from my workers). I hire in a pattern-- bottom level of section is workers, second is IT, third is janitors, etc etc.

All you have to do is start it with purely Workers and slowly upgrade them, you only need 2 Researchers, then once you have plenty of money you get Accountants and upgrade them, and soon you are getting 4 bucks per click, have fifty Workers, and all of them are fully upgraded so they are like 400% faster than normal. Look at that, in a normal day, you make around a million dollars. Game COMPLETE.
well you have to start by following the goals in the bottom of the screen then from there on you can do whatever but i got really far by doing cheat codes now when i continue my game my workers make $5,000,000.00 a day but thats because i have 212 workers but to get the codes if you are stuck you go to the menu and go to look for cheats there is where you get all of the answers
Lift tube is obviously superior, a maxed elevator can't even service 8 floors properly, you should delete them and replace with tubes as soon as possible.
Cramp elevator action is hilarious to watch, though.
The game need not to be cheated even on hard you can build anything (yes, even 120floors completely maxed) in less then 10 days, if you start out properly. It is easier to freeze the game when you are going to build or hire something.
