I don't understand the question: Which would we rather choose to go to? I'm assuming that's it. So here's my opinion:
I would choose the University of Michigan because it's an enormous school, with over 40,000 people. It's got top of the line academics, and resources, and even though Michigan State was nearly unbeatable this year, Wolverines Football is more energetic, thanks to its 110,000 seat stadium. I think I would know too because I've been to Ann Arbor and took a tour, which is where the University of Michigan is located, and it's such an awesome little city with really good places to eat. So there you go. But then again, it's nearly impossible to get into Michigan because you basically need to get a perfect score on the SAT and ACT, while having a 4.0 GPA and a ton of extracurricular activities. It's my dream school.
i was basically saying it from a sports standpoint. and who cares if michigan has a bigger school.
Eh, whatever. I thought you were talking about which school is better overall, but since you were talking about sports: Historically, Michigan has a better football team than Michigan State, since there have been many great football players drafted out of Michigan, like Tom Brady for example (even though I hate him lol). But this year and the past few years, Michigan sucked. Rich Rod has been terrible. This year Michigan State was almost unbeatable. I don't know how they lost to Iowa but beat Ohio State, but 11-1 is really good. Michigan State also has a better basketball team, even though they lost to UCONN (go Huskies!) and Duke (obviously) and Syracuse.
Jake are you serious? Michigan owns the series, not to mention more heisman winners, overall wins, and national championships. By the way you'd better beat Bama and represent the SEC.
