Uhm, I have played all Fallouts except 1 and 2 and I love em xD. Anyway I looked at it, Enclave didn't have leather armor :P, recruits received Mark 2 Power Armor, I know that from a dialogue of Fallout 2 I saw on YouTube. I now make em pay for trying to kill me and shoot em with my MP40. Then shoot the squads.
