Well, any list of upgrade games should include classics like Hedgehog Launch and Upgrade Complete. Technically, all TD games are upgrade games since you upgrade your towers/defenses. There are also games like Epic Combo, that use pseudo-upgrading. (You don't really upgrade anything except the flow of turtles. More items is just more items.) However, the best (IMO) upgrade game is still Upgrade Complete.
I agree with Kevin. Upgrade complete is an excellent upgrading game. Balloon in A Wasteland is great, if you haven't played that already. I am also looking for good upgrade games. I'll let you know if I stumble upon any others.
Awww, Matey33. You signed up just to compliment me? :P But seriously, BIAW is a good upgrade game. However, it falls under my previous post's category of defense games. Basically, all defense games (BIAW, The Next Floor, Bloons TD) are upgrade games by default because you can upgrade your turrets/defenses/yourself to become more powerful. Even Bubble Tanks is an upgrade game, if you think about it. (On a related note, has anybody tried BT3 yet? I hear it's awesome. ;D)

Played BT(Bubble Tanks)3, liked it as much as I liked BT2 and the original BT. Definitely more tank upgrades to choose from, and new enemies too! One of the best examples of a good upgrade game - one that combines upgrading with good action.
I just love upgrading games!It really fun to see your hero/unit/army growing.And because you can edit your character/army it makes game more manorivibility (I believe I didnt spelled that right :S) Here are good upgarede games imo (im AG):Warlords 2,SpaceCraft,CromaWars,Fantasy kommander and Major masher (well there it is more autoupgade you only buy guns). I say if I remeber more...
i just wish there was more involved. Once you get the mystery upgrade there's nothing more... at least with Toss the Turtle, it takes awhile to get there lol
Ahhh, I know what you mean I love upgrade games too! There are a few on AG but I've also found many on newgrounds. Hmm some good ones I've played are: infectionator: world dominator (very fun and addicting), potty racers (lol), and the newest one on AG is that paper plane one, i think its called flight that one is really fun. good luck!
There are many games like that like learn to fly, learn to fly 2, rocket santa, potty raers, potty racers 2, potty racers 3, flight, Shopping cart hero, and kick justin beaver so yeah there you go
