Mine was when i was riding a bike with my cuz and we crashed. My foot got caught in the spokes while it was spinning and that ripped flesh from my food down to the bone. Since i was stuck to the bike, i could not jump off so when the bike hit the ground, i broke my foot but its all healed up now you would never notice it.
