When I woke up this morning with an inexplicable craving for honey the thought crossed my mind of becoming a bee keeper. After some thought, through, I realized that it probably wouldn't be something I would want to do with the rest of the life but perhaps it would be a hobby I could get into when I'm older.
So my question for you is are there any hobbies you're interested in but simply don't have the time/resources to do now? If so what are they? Oh, and do you ever wake up craving honey or is that just me?
I want to get a proper synth and learn to play with a band @_@. It would be awesome, but I need to take classes and buy it first which would be very expensive :< I already have plenty of knowledge with piano and keyboard, but getting to know the thing well would be better.
There have been many hobbies I've been interested in which I still can't pursue. Anything involving DIY construction has been out of my reach. I can't do photography either, or collecting.
I'll find my way through. I could use something honey flavored.

Funny thing is I once had about 4 colonies. But they are temperamental and you have to constantly maintain it. I guess if you have a house in the city you could plant some bee friendly flowers and put the hive on the top of your house.
But for myself probably speed-cubing, programming, clay sculpturing and playing chess.
Writing. There just isn't enough time and I think my works are a bit bad you could say. Plus I'm a bit too lazy when it comes to writing, it just isn't the same as it was when I was just getting started.
I do love to build stuff and animate things. One time I thought of being a carpenter or an animator but I wouldn't want to do that for the rest of my life.

Yeah, that basically sums up the reason I'm waiting until I'm older to pick it up. Interesting you've had them before, what exactly did you do to get rid of them?
I would have a collection of guns and battle ready fully functional swords. I think I would also have a collection of cars.
