Perhaps the name is spelt wrong? It's similar to the Italian word: sapere (to know)
The user registered not so long ago though (Dec 15 of this year), so I'm guessing that's the right user.
ah ok. Maybe they just haven't done anything yet. I'd joined for a year or more before I started rating games/ posting etc
