Haha, well I guess I'll add my input on this thread. I personally don't like DEVO or many (if any) of their songs. I prefer harder beats, distortions, and etc. I'm sure some people like them on AG though.
Have to say the video was 10x better then the actual music. Not a fan at all, sounds like a 70's rock group trying to shift into techno or something lol.
Well, actually Devo started in 1978, with their hit album "Q:Are We Not Men, A:We Are Devo!". A few hit songs by them are "Jocko Homo", "Working in a Coal Mine", "Whip It", and a remake of "Secret Agent Man", which I understand was insanely popular.

Now that you mention those 3 songs, I remember DEVO. I can tolerate their music, but I just prefer songs with more "aggression" instead. If I had to choose, I prefer DEVO's older stuff over their newer stuff.

I would... mostly agree with that statement(Something for Everybody has a few songs I like) I will say though, if you cannot stand Devo, here is the best parody of Devo EVER! "Dare to Be Stupid" by Weird Al Yankovic:
Well, we are all entitled to an opinion, so agreeing is always optional. I just noticed that the album is actually called "Something For Everybody", I just thought it was the thread title.

When I said album I meant CD, maybe you misunderstood me when I said that. So, it's the name of their documentary and their newest CD?
