The face of a woman. And "other" things. But mostly the face. If you have an ugly face then I just can't do it. Or an annoying voice or laugh. I can't stand an annoying voice.
Of course, it's a subjective thing really - however, there are some parts of a persons body which we're almost 're-programmed' to notice more. There are the visible ones, secondary sexual characteristics, such as Breasts. There are also the ones that we tend to keep covered most of the time... lest we burn them while cooking bacon in a frying pan.
IT SEEMS that most people are attracted to the butt and the breasts (it isnt like it doesnt matter) but i dont mind small breasts (NOT FLAT LIKE A TABLE SMALL) but come on....
The most atttractive parts of a girl for me are: Hair-makes her a whole lot more attractive if she has well kept hair. Smile- Although its not really a part, Ifind it really cute and attractive. Face- The face is the first thing you see so if its not attractive, I would not like her. Personality- This is also not a part but would you live with a woman who nags or complains all the time. I like a woman who has a lively and caring personality. I like a woman who cares for everyone and has a controlled temper and who has a good sene of humor. Anyway, this is my opinion.
Hottest thing on a girl to me, is definetely the hair. For whatever reason, I just can't fall for a girl who doesn't keep her hair well kept, and long.
The most attractive part... Hm that's a tough question! When i fell in love it was because i was attracted to his personality (can laugh a lot with him) and his eyes are very cute and yea.. I guess i also look at a male's but, when it's very round and girly he is less attractive than when he has a bit of a small baby but. XD
I would say face. If she doesn't have a pretty face she's a lot less attractive. Then the hair. Nice long well keep hair is pretty attractive. Then the eyes and her smile. The body is also pretty attractive.

Owyea, i would like to add something. When a boy is very hairy it's also less attractive. I don't like males with a hair on their cheeck but i think it's manly when they have it on their arms/legs just shave the rest:P
