it is the year 2280 earth made contact with many different alien species making the desolate space of past into a habitat crawling with different species but all is not well, many different wars were caused by the Xenophobia of earth in their past before they went out themselves to find people you will command a small fireteam to begin but maybe you can advance to command a whole army
Races:
Midors: tall, red aliens with long faces and slender bodies, they are super smart but weak. they have advanced armor technology far but not melee technology which is average (an important part of these wars), their guns are up to snuff but not special (laser weapons with varying levels of power) they live to be 240
they are at war with the humans and help the Fandors
Fandors: almost a brother race to the Midors, they are hooman sized with very broad shoulders and a pig like face, their skin color varies from green, to dark grey. Their melee weapons have incredible strength, their guns are also up to snuff, but their armor can be compared to those of the human barbarian of the past they live to be 160 they are at war with the hoomen and help the Midors
Helghast: they have a completely pale white complexion and are much slimmer then hoomen this is a slave race, under the grateful control of the Humans who they shall die for. Everything about them is average. they usually live to be 40
Humans (Hoomen):the race living on the big blue marble. Their Weapons are much more advanced, but melee is non existent, and have average armor. They live to be 80/90
Malkians: mercenaries, fight for any side that pays they are foot taller than the average human, purple, with long tails their weapons are primitive and they have no melee weapons but they have the most advanced armor
Classes:the list goes with weps and armor primitive/average/advanced depending on the race
Light melee:none/dual laser sabers/plasma Khopesh (sickle sword) with small plasma wrist shield,Superlite alloy armor/S&N light combat armor/Laser charged light alloy armor,small painkiller syringe,field bandages,4 Model 34 incendiary grenade

Jello stays outside the longest, until his cigar is barely even holdable anymore, it's shrunk so much. He stubs it out, and, too lazy to bother getting up and going to bed in the tent, he falls asleep in front of the TV and starts snoring loudly. Next morning...?
Can I introduce the new guy to the team please? Sharp stretches and goes to check the mail for a letter from his family. Jello yawns and stays where he is, not moving except for rolling over a couple of times. Rich gets up unreasonably early and starts to clean his rifle. However, after Taylor gets up and tells Rich his plans, Rich decides to accompany him to the firing range. Taylor also wakes up very early and heads off to the firing range for some inconsiderate early morning practice. Rich tags along with him.
"HEY!" yells Taylor, going around and yanking everyone awake. After a lot of protests, he drags them out of the sleeping tent and into a circle(well, being that they're all exhausted, it was frankly more of an ellipse). "Meet Robert Bauers," Taylor proclaims. A tall, muscular Aryan guy steps forward. "Hi everyone," Bauers says. "Bobby Bauers, demolitions expert. If it can go boom, I have it, and I will stick it up your *** if you mess with me. Any questions?" FT Taylor just kind of stares at him with bleary eyes. "Big Bad Bobby Bauers," mutters Jello, "thinks he's so tough."

Demolition Weapons: Heavy Anti-Armor Weapon[HAAW, 12 rounds, advanced targeting system, can take out tanks, bunkers, entrenched areas, etc. Think of it as like an M72 LAW, but carries more than 1 round and is way more advanced], L17 Magnum[Handgun, 10 rounds, think of it as like the S&W .500]. Armor: Depleted Uranium Mk.2 Body Armor[really thick, hard to penetrate, almost impervious to heat, but makes them slow and is very heavy], Mk.7 "Bucket" Helmet[like an old-fashioned WW2 trench helmet, will protect against a sniper's headshot most of the time but does not restrict view or movement of head, leaves most of face uncovered though forehead is protected], Shoulder Pad[just a thick pad on the right shoulder so that the recoil from the HAAW doesn't break the arm or dislocate the shoulder or something].
