A cartoon series that was a hybrid of popular era cartoons 'G.I. Joe' and 'The Transformers'. It featured a special task force featuring an array of characters, led by Matt Trakker, with transforming vehicles engaged in an ongoing battle against the criminal organization V.E.N.O.M. (the Vicious Evil Network Of Mayhem), with an emphasis on super-powered helmets called masks worn by the characters on the show.
Pinky and The Brain is a spinoff from the 'Steven Spielberg' cartoon series 'Animaniacs'. It's about two genetically enhanced laboratory mice who reside in a cage in the Acme Labs research facility. Brain is self-centered and scheming; Pinky is good-natured but feebleminded. In each episode, Brain devises a new plan to take over the world, which ultimately ends in failure, usually due to Pinky's idiocy or the impossibility of Brain's plan. In common with many other Animaniacs shorts, many episodes are in some way a parody of something else, usually a film or novel. The opening song is always preceded by the following dialogue:
Pinky: "Gee, Brain, what do you want to do tonight?" The Brain: "The same thing we do every night, Pinky â" try to take over the world!!!"
The setting is in the inner world of a computer system known by its inhabitants as 'Mainframe'. 'Mainframe' is populated almost entirely by binomes, little creatures that represent either 1s or 0s, as well as a handful of 'Sprites' who are primarily humanoid creatures of more complex design and are the main characters of the series, in particular the 'Sprites' called 'Bob' and 'Enzo Matrix'. When The User loads a game, a game cube drops on a random location in 'Mainframe', sealing it off from the rest of the system and turning it into a gamescape. 'Bob' (and later on 'Enzo' in his place) frequently enters the games, reboots to become a game character, and fights the User's character to save the sector. If the User wins a game, the sector the cube fell in is destroyed, and the sprites and binomes who were caught within are turned into energy-draining, worm-like parasites called nulls. Further seasons showed two adversaries called 'Hexadecimal' and 'Megabyte' popping up for 'Bob' and 'Enzo' with their team to battle. A very educational cartoon about the world of computers and the WorldWideWeb!
Ha. Pinky and the Brain. I can't believe I left that out of my list. D: That was my favorite show when I was a child. I grew up watching the television show and some of the movies that were made.
I would have to say: Pinky and the Brain Ren and Stimpy Rocko's modern life Rugrats Spongebob Dexter's laboratory Johnny Bravo Tom & Jerry The Flinstones Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z
That's my list of all time favorites when I was a child. These days they don't show those regularly but when those shows are on I'm watching them.
Hehe, Pinky and the Brain. That was a funny series. I used to watch it a lot. Another series I liked to watch was Ed, Edd & Eddy. I loved their episodes but I don't watch it since I was 9.
Well, all the versions of Power Rangers up to S.P.D. That one was dumb. Zoboomafoo, Tom & Jerry, Pokemon, yeah most of the ones listed above. Gotta love Bugs Bunny too.
Oh, I remember this show. I used to watch it when I was a young child. It was so funny! I use to watch it every day. But when some new episodes came out I stop watching. I prefer the old ones.
Old Spongebob, Fairly odd parents(I haven't seen the new ones so i don't know how bad it got), Rugrats, Codename: Kids Next Door (looking back, this was EPIC. I mean, towing half house away using slave hamsters just to get some cake or something like that? Awesome.) Tom and Jerry
