AS long as you post a link where you got the image, (lol, I am pretty sure we all know where that pic came from :P) and he isn't making profit off of it this should be perfectly legal. Amirite?

To the extent of my knowledge he has not posted anything that is able to be called a disclaimer, nor has he indicated that he has received permission from Armor Games to use their logo.

While I don't see the harm in it, you should consult one of the admins just to double check.
