I personly think daredevil would kick butt. Why? Daredevil, because he always has his five senses very very high, and few times he actually fought against spider-man, and spider-man though Dare-devil had some kind of "sixth sense", and always catches spider-man before he makes his move on Daredevil.
Dare-devil can almost always dodge Spider-man's punches and his web unless Spider-man makes so many of it, Dare Devil can't scape (he usually cuts it up in pieces anyways).
daredevil is blind but like i said earlier he is maxed out in his other senses. I think hes kind of like Toff from Avatar the last airbender. Toff is blind but she can see with her feet by feeling the movement on the ground from the enemy. daredevil can do the same.
Also you cant beat someone unless you hit them physically, mentally, ect. spiderman uses physical damage, which daredevil can block or dodge. Daredevil is also trained in boxing, gymnastics, martial arts, ect.
If you read the Daredevil comics (especially all those by Frank Miller), you will find that his sense that allows him to "see" when he is blind does not involve sound as much as the movie portrays it. It is literally a sixth sense that most people are not aware of, as his mentor explains to him later. In the comics, this sixth sense is called the "Radar Sense" by Daredevil.
There is an issue of Spiderman or Daredevil (I forget which) in which Spiderman is blinded. Daredevil guides him around, never letting on that he himself is blind, and kind of trains Spiderman to use his Spidey Sense for more than just detecting that there IS danger.
Back to the main topic of this thread. Daredevil would kick the crap outta Spiderman any day.
I would say that it would be more of draw, because depending on the situation either one is able to win.
i.e. There's a thunderstorm outside, the sheer amount of sensory input would encumber Daredevil's heightened senses, how? While the accident may have enhanced Daredevils sensory capabilities it never enhanced his mental abilities.
i.e. Overload of sensory input results in mental shutdown, so Daredevil would be unconscious or stunned.
Let's not forget that Spiderman also has the abilities of Super strength and super speed.
In Daredevil's favor; experience and superior training. Daredevil is much older and wiser than Spiderman.
