Hey! As the title says, I've no idea what to call this, so it will also be part of the creative game

Recently I've been bummed out about something simple, that TV shows always have big stuff happening (which makes them watchable) and it hit me that it never happens in real life (which is kinda a **** shame). So I decided to turn this bad feeling (which I still feel a bit) into a good thing! Unless I just brought you down with me. Sorry!

The game is that you have to invent something which happens that involves many people and is on a grand scale (from a country to all of earth to the entire galaxy to even more). It needs to be original, creative and detailed. You'll need it to have relation to something that could actually happen (this includes aliens as that is a more... tentative debate), and it can also include some unproven theories that haven't been disproven (much of this is like Stargate).

I was going to go first but it sounded bloody awful, so nevermind.
One more thing - you can expand your story as long as you don't spam, but your stories should keep vulgar language to a minimal. Thank you.

OK
er, uh this is hard, Can it be about world peace?
If so than. Vwella-ish

Way down in the peaceful sewers of New Zealend there was a clan who fought for world peace, prayed very often, and lived in a pet store with a sewer below it.This clan was made up of Steve, Frank, Reggie, and Greg. Steve was the smart one, Frank was the strong one, Reggie was the athletic one, ang Greg, well he's a kid. They...

Okay no one has posted on this, which is a shame.

I'll limit the parameters in which you can use to make up your... whatever.

It has to include something to do with astronomy, and preferably aliens.

Why? Mostly because that is the most common "big thing" that's supposed to happen in a movie but the least common thing to actually occur in real life.

I only seen "V's" for a bit, which turned out great whilst I watched it (also great to see the head-alien from V's in Stargate too) and the one thing that the developers about this made that was so good?
They had a sense of humor.

Every cynical bloody alien in Stargate lacks a sense of humor (except Ba'al in the movie) and are incredibly strict. It would have been a great change if a viking-like warrior tribe had extended (no wait, I mean savagely stole) it's technology to the point that they could - quite easily, combat any technologically advanced alien...

Not smart aliens, though.

But, please. Include extreme detail and also 3 characters within their race.

If you're not an alien fan (like me), then I suppose you could involve anything concerning astronomy since (in my opinion) that's where the BIGGEST things happen.

Literally, too.
