If someone makes another halo vs. cod thread ima hurt someone. Halo is aliens and futuristic guns and Cod is Realistic and modern/earlier. Sure they both are Fps's and are about war. Thats not enough though.

Just to not try and flame on how stupid something is, I think i'll answer the question based on comparing how fun it is, instead of repeating the above person.
I like both Halo and COD, and each has their strong points. The Halo single player is generally better than the multiplayer, however COD is a game that you will probably play longer due to having a much better multiplayer experience.

when he's not asking about genre, he's asking which people think is more entertaining.
Actually they are the same genre I hate to agree but they are both First Person Shooters, but they are a far way apart from each other (i.e. COD-Realistic Modern/Historical Shooter/ HALO- Unrealistic Future Shooter) but think of it this way : Which makes more money in sales meaning they have a bigger fan base (COD)
For me call of duty is way better. The halo series ended with me when they took out master chief. I still play halo though. Only for the online gameplay though. It's good. But doesn't compare with call of duty. Call of duty's story line is just better in my opinion and I like the online gameplay more. Way funner.
Call of duty IN MY OPINION is the best game, I enjoy everything about it. I love the guns and the way its set up. I used to play halo but it was not enjoyable FOR ME. I like more realistic games with real guns and such. NOTE: I know its not super real, but its close. I especially love black ops, Its perfect, I was wanting them to fix some things which they did. Treyarch continued zombies which in my opinion was perfect.
