If you want to use actionscript 2 there is a wonderful one on kongregate, I think at kongregate.com/labs. As2 is a old version, but I think it's easier. I know an as3 good tutorial as well, but I don't remember the URL, so I'll post it later.
I found the 2nd tutorial too, so: actionscript 2 actionscript 3 The as3 one it's more complete, it teaches you also to add animations and stuff, but the first is easier. However if you want to make games seriously you should use as3.
