This is the blog of one of Raze's developers. Last I heard of him he's working on some game code-named "Small Soldiers". The only problem is that he hasn't updated his blog since June!

Raze is a long way off. Patience.

WikiAnswers says it will be out in 2011.

raze is awsome looking forward to raze 2 and stick war 2 nevermind that anyway did you know that they scrapped the last engine for raze 1 and theyve made a new one that can hold up to 2358 units on screen and still have an average Fps on 15/16 it would come out this year(2011) i dunno when but hopefully soon
