Hey, I think i can fix this, I have had stuff similar to this. First you need a sd card/flash drive and a separate computer. On the other computer download a installer for a free antivirus.
Here is avg, get the free trial
ggle|kw0000006778|5855879476&om_sem_site=">Here is norton, get the free trial for that
Here is avast, just download the free verison
Here is pctools free antivirus
Here is malwarebytes, just get the free version

Choose from anyone of those, then copy the installer to the sd card/flash drive and plug it in to your computer and install.

If it doesn't let you install or open it, you may have to do a system restore. That can be done by repeatedly mashing the f11 button on start up until a menu appears. Then choose a date to restore to. If you have no save dates, you have to choose to restore to factory settings. That completely wipes your hard drive of everything and goes back to the date you first turn on your computer. Hope that guide helped

If your on a mac forget this guide, its of no use to you.

Yeah, but you loose all your files, you could back your files up on a hard drive or flash drive or a back up drive like me. To reset it turn off your laptop, turn it on and right after turning it on just bash the f11 button. A menu should pop up and find restore to factory default. This may take 20 min to an hour depending on your hardware. It took me about 50 minutes with my bad hardware =P.

Are you sure its spyware?

If it can't boot up, or boots up then crashes, it might be a hard disk problem. This can be caused by, collisions, dropping of your computer, magnets etc.

If anti-virus programs don't work, contact an IT help personnel.

Its not a hard disk problem, I read what was happening to his computer. Its a fake antivirus related to freeantispyware 2009 or something like that. I have had the same issue. I think it disables installation programs taskmanager webbrowser etc. When the fake antivirus scans your computer it shows fake viruses. Then it just bugs you about buying the software for like 60$. Its a big ripoff for a fake antivirus that doesn't do anything!

yes im sure. every time i log in the screen will turn blue and say 'warning your computer is infected with spyware.

as soon as my cousin wakes up im sure he'll help me with it.

if he cant do anything then i'll just have to restart to factory default then go buy an antivirus.

oh and there are no magnets and i have never dropped it.

i wonder what happenend because i do have an anti virus / anti spyware installed and it has been since i got this laptop.

Yeah, it disables everything and renders your computer useless. If you buy it, it justs removes the virus it put on and does nothing else.
