The best strategy for colony LT is to be a monarchy gov.Then when u start the game you start with a bank. After that you make a forg, then you off ur rally point make 6 romans then hold them andput ur forge on make more energy, you can get a lot of more influance. Then you make a specal ops then but it on make more influance, after u make a hospital and upgrade it. Then you make some long snipers with saints to pinn ur opponet. Then you will see you have a lot of energy so you use that to make romans and attak the enemy base and if they try to stop you, long snipes and saints will stop them.
This build can be countered the exact same way as pac's forge/spec ops build. It's pretty much the same thing in terms of buildings but with a hospital :O
