Hey guys, I wanted to predict the NFL playoffs this year, so I'm gonna start my own thread and keep this going up until the Super Bowl. You are welcome to post your own picks here if you want, or just discuss the playoffs in general!

I think the scores for the Packers-Eagles and Jets-Colts would be accurate. However, I expect the Saints to crush the Seahawks by more points than that and the Ravens-Chiefs game to have a much lower score. the Ravens always seem to score little points and prevent the other team from scoring many either. However, your picks for who wins is exactly what I would have thought.

However, the Ravens of late have had a better offense, with Ray Rice and Joe Flacco leading the way, along with their 3 main receivers, they can score on offense. And I don't think a higher score will be the case in the Saints game because of their first matchup earlier in the season, but the Saints have gotten better since then, so I see your point.

Yeah the rest will be close I believe, and again I said that the Packers-Eagles and Jets-Colts games were tough to pick. We'll see.
mdv is a Jets fan, and I am too, but I do not think that the Jets are going anywhere in the playoffs unless Peyton Manning plays like Peyton Manning during that Dallas Cowboys game week 12.
I don't feel like predicting scores but I'll do what they do on NFL.com with match-ups.

Yes, yes, it may seem stupid to pick the Chiefs over the Ravens now, but the Ravens have not been impressing me with their faltering run defense, an the Chiefs will be able to exploit it with their superior rushing attack, which in my opinion, is te best in the NFL. I still think the Chargers should have won the AFC West though!

The Chiefs could win, I think it will be a close game. The Chiefs are great at home, and the Ravens haven't been doing great lately.
I think the Saints have a good chance for the Super Bowl this year. They have been doing great lately, and not making any errors.
The Packers are a very dangerous team, I think Sports Illustrated has them loosing to the Patriots in the last magazine. Heres my first round.
