Hey guys, I wanted to predict the NFL playoffs this year, so I'm gonna start my own thread and keep this going up until the Super Bowl. You are welcome to post your own picks here if you want, or just discuss the playoffs in general!

Wild Card Round (Jan 8-9):
(I predict scores too, they're probably way off though. Just pay attention to my winner picks.)

Saints 34
Seahawks 13

Packers 14
Eagles 20

Ravens 27
Chiefs 21

Jets 9
Colts 17

Well, this was a fun thread. I will remember to do this again next year, and maybe for every major sports league when it comes to playoffs, so we don't have to wait another year for a thread like this! Thanks for keeping this going guys!

Playoffs? Well the Leafs won't be making it (unfortunatly) however, I also am a Canuck fan, and I suspect the cup is coming home to Canada this year. If it doesn't I will burn the white house down for the third time in its history.

erm...that says NFL, not NHL.
Now to NFL matters... I feel that both the players and the league are being stupid about this lockout. The players are already incredibly overpaid as it is, and they are arguing that they want payed more. Meanwhile, the league is not really helping out the situation with the way they are handling it.

The players aren't the stupid ones. The coaches are the ones who want more money. The get paid more than the president does a year. The president makes 400 grand a year. He takes care of himself, and so does billions of others around the world who make less money.

everyone all at once.... LIONS!!!!! yeah, Detroit's football team sucks, but we still have hockey, which the wings are gonna win the cup this year. I think the Lions will soon have a Cinderella year though *crosses fingers*

Now what if the Packers got Demarcus Ware...
Super defense.
Clay Matthews, DeMarcus Ware, Tramon Williams, Nick Collins, Desmond Bishop, Charles Woodson, AJ Hawk, Sam Shields...
And if we got a decent offensive line...
Super bowl repeat!

If there even is a season...

Wild Card NFC bold wins
Arizona
Detroit

Giants
Atlanta - Matt Ryans first playoff win!

AFC

Kansas City Chiefs
San Diego Chargers

Indianapolis Colts - Repeat goes to Colts
New York Jets

NFC Divisional Round

Green Bay Packers
Arizona

Eagles
Atlanta

AFC

Pittsburg Steelers - They always find a way.
Indianapolis Colts

New England Patriots
San Diego Chargers - Phillip Rivers throws for 500+ Yards.

NFC Conference

Green Bay Packers I Just can't see the Packers lose this one.
Eagles

AFC

Pittsburg Steelers
San Diego Chargers - Big Ben falters again

Super Bowl

Green Bay Packers - Phillips new receivers get butterflies.
San Diego Chargers

If not the Packers I would have to go with either the Eagles or Indianapolis to win.

New Season! Time for some 2012 lockout-free ACTION! Now preseason is just around the corner and calling whos going to make the playoffs now is silly... but fun so here i go!

AFC:
Patriots
Ravens
Colts
Chargers

Wild Card:
Steelers
Jets

NFC:
Eagles
Packers
Falcons
Rams

Wild Card:
Saints...... Watch out for the Bucs, they had a huge draft and have a hungry D-Line
Bears

I know it is purely speculation right, there are a few teams that can have some great bounce-back seasons and shock the world.
