Every Famous guitarist has their signature guitar, Slash's Les Paul, Eddie Van Halen's "FrankenStrat", Jimi Hendrix's Upside-down sunburst Strat.

My Favorite is Jimmy Page's Telecaster

Everyone knows him for his Double Necked SG, But I just love the design on this one.

Well, that's not really a "Signature guitar" above, but it's very nice. I love the quality of high-end Alnicos.

My favorite signature guitar, is one I currently own, a Kirk Hammett Signature ESP KH-20 I got a few years ago for a birthday present. You can't beat the clean power of an ESP. As far as quality goes, ESP can't be beat.

even though its really nothing special, my personal favorite is tom delonge's signature strat. it's so simple, i just love the no-fuss character that just oozes from it. i don't even play that much blink or punk in general, but something about it is just so fun
