The administrators are the people who have ultimate control over all parameters of Armor Games. They are able to change any variable available through the administration web pages. Moderators have more limited permissions, however, they are allowed to approve and reject comments made on Armor Games and some special access not subscribed to all users.

and, technically, it's a moderator, not a monitor, but i know what you mean.
