.....Seriously, wtf are these things?

I can't tell you that!
I guess you could roll a Knowledge check to see if you recognize them.

Zingnoff and Otihand both head downstairs and attempt to sneak attack the nearest monstrosity, which happens to be the Rat Man. Zingnoff lands a perfect sneak attack on the Rat Man, his blade slashing out of the shadows at the precise time the Rat Man was looking the other way. Zingnoff's sword cuts deep into the Rat Man's sporadically-furred chest, causing a spurt of disgusting ichor to spray out. The Rat Man clutches his chest and alerts his allies that there are enemies in the area, but he does not realize Zingnoff's hiding spot.
I rolled a 20, then plus his Dex bonus, it was a 25.

Otihand also performs a successful sneak attack, though not quite as successful as Zingnoff's. His longsword slashes at the Rat Man and lands a hit, jabbing deep into the RM's side. It lets out a high-pitched, keening death screech and collapses to the ground, dead. The Birdman and the Wolfwoman both turn to Otihand.

Siber casts the Hail of Stone spell yet again. Many of the rocks miss, and only two monstrosities are injured: the Wolfwoman and the Birdman. The two of them cower in terror as the stones rain down on their heads.

Calethen does not bother with a sneak attack and simply attacks. He steps between the Wolfwoman, Birdman, and Otihand. He slashes his ******* sword at the Wolfwoman and hits, his sword cleaving into her deformed shoulder. She screeches in pain and drops to the ground, dead.

The Birdman attacks Calethen, but its claw swishes past his ear harmlessly.

The rest of the creatures(the Pigman, Raccoonman, Turtleman, and Catwoman) are apparently very stupid, as they line up in a single-file line to attack instead of encircling Siber, Otihand, and Calethen as they could have done.

Jozan swings his mace at the Birdman but misses.

"BLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!"

Tumble behind birdman and attempt a sneak attack (not sure if flanking works for that, though)

Otihand realizes that the beasts the party is now facing are Broken Ones. They are the result of failed magical experiments, attempts at resurrection, reincarnation, and polymorph spells, etc. They are able to regenerate at a rate of 1 hit point per round, and many Broken Ones will have a single ability stemming from their animal half. For example, a part-cat Broken One might have increased Climb or Move Silently skill, or night vision.

Hey, Thor, you gonna stab something? You got a bird, a pig, a 'coon, a turtle, and a cat.

There is a Ratman Thor, sound familiar? I will just keep casting hail of stone until there are only a couple left, then I will use Lesser Orb of Fire.

These fowl things are failed experiments? We shall put them out of their misery! INTO THE BREACH ONCE MORE! CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGE!!! (reference ftw, I can do this crap too...)

Warhammer 40k/Fantasy is one of the most awesome universes second only to D&D and LOTR! Anybody here a fan of the Space Marines/Imperial Guard?(40k) I also really like the Dwarves(Fantasy), by which I mean the armies, not the RPGs (Warhammer Fantasy RPG specifically) or the Computer games (Dawn of War, 40k/Mark of Chaos, Fantasy, which are a couple of my favrotie computer games btw)
Put me on AI, I can't get on very often, so I cast spells until I run out, then use my bow, and use my sword only as the last resort or if they engage me. I will try to target the most wounded or the ones who are threatening one of the party members the most, otherwise just the closest ones. I will also cast Fist of Stone(+6 Str, gives natural slam atk at 1-6 with atk equal to -5 penalty to highest atk you have and normal Str damage), on the best Fighter of the party, as my first spell of any combat from now on. I will try to get on, but I may not be able to for a couple of weeks, so this is just in case I don't get another chance for a while.

Trafire jabs her longsword at the Birdman. The sword cuts into the Birdman's chest, and although the wound itself is not very deep, the Birdman is already pretty badly injured. It stumbles a few steps, but remains standing.

Okay DH, sounds good.
