.....Seriously, wtf are these things?
I can't tell you that!
I guess you could roll a Knowledge check to see if you recognize them.
Zingnoff and Otihand both head downstairs and attempt to sneak attack the nearest monstrosity, which happens to be the Rat Man. Zingnoff lands a perfect sneak attack on the Rat Man, his blade slashing out of the shadows at the precise time the Rat Man was looking the other way. Zingnoff's sword cuts deep into the Rat Man's sporadically-furred chest, causing a spurt of disgusting ichor to spray out. The Rat Man clutches his chest and alerts his allies that there are enemies in the area, but he does not realize Zingnoff's hiding spot.
I rolled a 20, then plus his Dex bonus, it was a 25.
Otihand also performs a successful sneak attack, though not quite as successful as Zingnoff's. His longsword slashes at the Rat Man and lands a hit, jabbing deep into the RM's side. It lets out a high-pitched, keening death screech and collapses to the ground, dead. The Birdman and the Wolfwoman both turn to Otihand.
Siber casts the Hail of Stone spell yet again. Many of the rocks miss, and only two monstrosities are injured: the Wolfwoman and the Birdman. The two of them cower in terror as the stones rain down on their heads.
Calethen does not bother with a sneak attack and simply attacks. He steps between the Wolfwoman, Birdman, and Otihand. He slashes his ******* sword at the Wolfwoman and hits, his sword cleaving into her deformed shoulder. She screeches in pain and drops to the ground, dead.
The Birdman attacks Calethen, but its claw swishes past his ear harmlessly.
The rest of the creatures(the Pigman, Raccoonman, Turtleman, and Catwoman) are apparently very stupid, as they line up in a single-file line to attack instead of encircling Siber, Otihand, and Calethen as they could have done.
Jozan swings his mace at the Birdman but misses.
